Winning Weekend for Silver Springs Graduates
RSS Feeds Monday, June 18, 2018

It was a stellar weekend for graduates of Silver Springs breaking and training, sale prep, and foaling divisions.  From our Breaking and Training program, the gelding Real Story (Fast Bullet, o/o My Own Story) won in race 8 at Arlington Park by 4 1/2 lengths on Friday.  Our second winner of the weekend was the filly Bristol's Brooke (by Speightstown, o/o Culinary), who won at Gulfstream Park by 5 3/4 lengths in race 2 on Saturday.  Pictured above, the filly Hot Girl (by K One King, o/o Hot N' Dusty) won by 2 1/2 lengths at Laurel Park on Saturday in race 8.  Overall, our graduates showed their stuff this weekend!

Our sale prep and foaling graduates saw similar successes.  On Friday, Laurel Park saw Fabulista (by Pleasantly Perfect, o/o Record High) win race 10 by half a length.  The three-year old filly was foaled and raised on our Brentsville Division.  Finally, from our sale-prep team Glitter and Gold (by Bodemeister, o/o Expo Gold) won at Emerald Downs all the way over in Washington State in a MSW on Sunday.  Prepped for the 2016 Keeneland Yearling Sale, the filly won her race by 4 3/4 lengths.

Congratulations to the connections of all these great horses.  We're happy to have had a hand in each of their careers!
